By accessing this website or purchasing artwork from it, you agree to the terms set out below.

1. About Giorgio Animali

Giorgio Animali is a collection of limited edition artworks featuring animals portrayed with human character and style. All artworks offered on this website are produced as fine art prints and are issued with a certificate of authenticity.

2. Use of the Website

By using this website, you agree to:

  • Use the website only for lawful purposes
  • Not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the operation of the website
  • Not copy, reproduce, or distribute website content without permission

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the website without notice.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order through this website.

3. Artwork and Editions

Giorgio Animali artworks are offered as limited edition prints.

Each limited edition print:

  • Is produced in a fixed edition size
  • Is individually numbered
  • Is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity

Once an edition has sold out, no additional prints will be produced in that edition.

Minor variations in colour or appearance may occur due to differences in screens, printing processes, paper texture, or materials. Such variations do not constitute defects.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in the currency indicated on the website and may be updated without notice.

Payment must be completed in full before orders are processed and shipped. Payments are securely processed through trusted third-party payment providers.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Giorgio Animali reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion. If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping terms are described in our Shipping & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

All prints are produced to order. Dispatch timelines begin once production has been completed.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, regional delivery conditions, or other circumstances outside our control. Giorgio Animali shall not be liable for delivery delays once an order has been dispatched.

Risk in the artwork passes to the customer upon delivery to the specified address.

6. Returns

Returns and exchanges are handled according to the Shipping & Returns Policy.

Due to the nature of limited edition artworks, returns are generally not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to:

  • Artwork
  • Images
  • Text
  • Logos
  • Designs

is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. All rights remain the property of Giorgio Animali.

Purchasing a print does not grant the buyer any copyright or reproduction rights to the artwork.

The artwork may not be reproduced, copied, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

While every effort is made to ensure that the website and its content are accurate and up to date, Giorgio Animali does not guarantee that the website will always be error-free or uninterrupted.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Giorgio Animali shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase of artworks.

The collection and use of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal information is handled in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
